- “User” means any natural or legal person accessing the Website.
- “Content” means articles, graphics, photographs, videos, design elements, software code, trademarks and other materials published on the Website.

- Access to editorial content concerning markets for tangible and alternative assets;
- Landing pages describing The Journal and directing Users to the purchase page on Zanfia;
- A contact form allowing Users to send messages to the Administrator.
No paid services or transactions are concluded on the Website itself. The sale of The Journal is conducted exclusively on Zanfia, which operates under its own terms and privacy policy. When you click through from the Website to Zanfia, you leave the Website and become subject to Zanfia’s documents.
4. Technical requirements
To use the Website properly, the User needs:
- A device with internet access;
- A modern web browser (latest stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge);
- Enabled JavaScript and cookies (or acceptance of limited functionality if disabled);
- For the contact form, a valid email address.
The Administrator is not responsible for limitations in Website functionality caused by the User’s device, software or network configuration.
5. Rules of use
Users are entitled to browse the Website and use its functionalities for their own, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms, applicable law and good practice.
Users shall not:
- Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, offensive, misleading or harmful content through the contact form;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers beyond standard, well-behaved search-engine indexing) to access the Website without prior written consent;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or any connected systems;
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Website, including by introducing malware, generating excessive traffic, or conducting denial-of-service activity;
- Use the Website to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish or use the Content — including the training of machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems — in a manner inconsistent with Section 6 below or with applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
All Content published on the Website is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Content belongs to the Administrator or is used by the Administrator under a licence.
The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or incorporation into commercial products or datasets — requires the prior written consent of the Administrator.

7. The Journal and the Zanfia platform
The Website contains links and references to The Journal, which is sold and delivered through the Zanfia platform. The Administrator:
- Is the seller and editorial creator of The Journal;
- Uses Zanfia as a technical platform for checkout, subscription management and newsletter delivery;
- Is not the operator of Zanfia.
When a User clicks a purchase link and is redirected to https://tangible.zanfia.co/c/journal or any other page within the zanfia.co domain, the User:
- Leaves the Website;
- Becomes subject to Zanfia’s Terms of Service (https://zanfia.com/terms-and-conditions/) and Privacy Policy (https://zanfia.com/privacy-policy/);
- Enters into a separate subscription relationship governed by those documents and by the terms of sale of The Journal as presented on Zanfia.
These Terms do not govern the purchase, delivery, billing or use of The Journal. Complaints concerning The Journal itself should be submitted in accordance with its own terms as set out on Zanfia; however, editorial complaints concerning the content of The Journal may also be sent to blog@tangible.as.
8. Contact form
The Website provides a contact form allowing Users to send messages to the Administrator. To send a message, the User must provide at least an email address and the content of the message; a name is optional.
Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Administrator endeavours to respond to inquiries within a reasonable time, typically within 14 days.
9. Disclaimer — no financial or investment advice
The Content published on the Website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, an offer, a solicitation or a recommendation within the meaning of applicable law — in particular, investment advice within the meaning of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, nor an investment recommendation within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse (MAR).
Tangible and alternative assets are inherently illiquid and subject to specific risks including, without limitation: changes in collector demand, authentication risk, storage and insurance cost, theft and damage, currency risk, counterparty risk, and regulatory change. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Prices, estimates and market data quoted in the Content are historical, may be outdated by the time of reading, and do not constitute an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell.
The User is solely responsible for any decision taken on the basis of the Content, including any investment, purchase or disposal of assets. Before making any such decision, the User should conduct independent research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional adviser.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Administrator’s liability towards the User in connection with the use of the Website is limited to cases of intentional misconduct and gross negligence.
The Administrator is not liable for:
- Any losses, damages or lost profits incurred by the User as a result of reliance on the Content;
- Interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Website caused by factors beyond the Administrator’s reasonable control (including hosting-provider failures, cyber-attacks, and force majeure);
- The content, availability, functionality, accuracy or security of third-party websites and services linked from the Website, including Zanfia.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of applicable law, in particular in relation to consumers.
11. Complaints
Users may submit complaints concerning the functioning of the Website by email to blog@tangible.as. A complaint should include the User’s contact details and a description of the issue. The Administrator will examine the complaint and respond within 14 days of receipt.
Users who are consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Amendments to the Terms
The Administrator may amend these Terms for valid reasons, such as changes in applicable law, changes in the scope or manner of providing services, security reasons, or changes to third-party tools used on the Website.
The updated Terms will be published on the Website, together with the date of the update. Continued use of the Website after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a User does not accept the updated Terms, the User should stop using the Website.
13. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the Polish courts having jurisdiction over the seat of the Administrator, except where mandatory consumer-protection provisions provide otherwise; in particular, consumers domiciled in the European Union retain the right to bring actions before the courts of their place of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are effective as of the date stated at the top of this document.
